1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how ECALL PARTNERS ("we", "us", or "our"), operating under the brand AI Marketing, collects, uses, and protects data when you install and use the AI Marketing: llms.txt application (the "App") on your Shopify store.

2. Data We Collect

When you install and use the App, we access and store the following data from your Shopify store:

• Store information: store name, domain, and description
• Products: title, handle, description, price, and publication dates
• Collections: title, handle, and description
• Pages: title and handle
• Blog articles: title, handle, and blog name
• Billing status: your active subscription plan (Free or Pro)

We do not collect customer data, order data, financial data, or any personally identifiable information about your customers.

3. How We Use Your Data

The data collected is used exclusively to:

• Generate and update your store's llms.txt file
• Serve the llms.txt file at your store's URL (yourstore.com/llms.txt)
• Create a short AI-generated store description using your store name and product catalog
• Track sync history and content statistics within the App dashboard

We do not sell, rent, or share your store data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services to operate:

Cloudflare Workers and D1

Your store data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and processed by Cloudflare Workers, hosted in the European Union region. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

HuggingFace Inference API

To generate a short store description, the App may send your store name and a list of product and collection titles to the HuggingFace Inference API. No customer data or sensitive information is included in these requests. HuggingFace's privacy policy is available at huggingface.co/privacy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your store data for as long as the App is installed on your store. When you uninstall the App, we process the app/uninstalled webhook and delete all associated store data (products, collections, pages, articles, generated content, and session tokens) from our database within 48 hours.

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an encrypted Cloudflare D1 database. Access tokens issued by Shopify are stored securely and used solely to fetch store data on your behalf. We do not store payment information.

7. GDPR Compliance

As a data processor acting on behalf of Shopify merchants, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We respond to the following Shopify mandatory webhooks:

• customers/data_request: upon request, we confirm that no customer personal data is stored by this App
• customers/redact: no customer personal data is stored; no action required
• shop/redact: all store data is deleted within 48 hours of receiving this webhook

8. Your Rights

As a merchant using the App, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about your store (visible in the App dashboard)
• Delete your data by uninstalling the App
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us directly

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
